The company was founded on the strength of its leadership's experience, with over 10 years of practical industry experience gained in the construction sector. Our founder has worked as a Site Agent on major construction projects for various subcontractors operating at power stations, mining operations, and other infrastructure developments throughout South Africa.
This practical industry background has provided extensive expertise in project coordination, site management, workforce supervision, operations management, quality control, and client service. These capabilities enable us to deliver reliable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions tailored to the needs of both public and private sector clients.

A multi-disciplinary professional holding a Diploma in Human Resources Management, a Diploma in MS Project for Civil Engineering, a Diploma in Operations Management, and a CompTIA A+ qualification in Computer Engineering. His diverse academic background, combined with over a decade of hands-on operational and workforce management experience, forms the foundation of Smocks Group Holdings' leadership and growth strategy.
